Ann Pallis is a veteran of Ayurvedic medicine having treated many individuals over the years and also integrates conventional medicine knowledge to better understand the importance to have an Ayurvedic massage. She carefully curates the special oils to give each client an individual result, tailored to their specific needs. Her techniques uses specialised strokes that have been practised for thousands of years in Ayurvedic massages.
She uses oils such as 100% Pure Black Sesame sourced from India and Maharayanan Oil for arthritis and joint pains. Ann also uses Bala Ashwaghanda Oil to strenghten and calm the nervous system and Murivenna Oil which has wonderful healing properties for skin and tissue especially post injury or post surgery.
She carefully tailors the oil for each client to their specific needs at the time of each Ayurvedic massage treatment.
